About Mind My Mind
Where children, young people and families flourish.
Mind My Mind was founded on a simple belief: every child, young person and family has the potential to flourish.
We believe that emotional resilience, healthy relationships and practical life skills are not fixed traits—they can be developed, strengthened and nurtured throughout life. By supporting individuals, strengthening relationships and empowering families, we help create the foundations for lifelong mental health and wellbeing.
Our work is grounded in prevention, early intervention and evidence-informed therapeutic practice. Rather than waiting until difficulties become overwhelming, we provide practical support that equips children, young people and families with the knowledge, understanding and skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
Whether through therapeutic workshops, group programs or personalised family support, our goal is always the same: to help children, young people and families better understand emotions and behaviours, strengthen communication, build healthy relationships and develop practical skills for everyday life.

Our Philosophy
Support beyond the therapy room
At Mind My Mind, we believe that meaningful and lasting change happens when support extends beyond the therapy room.
- Children thrive when they feel safe, understood and connected.
- Parents thrive when they feel confident, informed and supported.
- Families thrive when communication strengthens, relationships deepen and everyone develops the skills to navigate challenges together.
Our approach combines therapeutic expertise with practical learning, recognising that families benefit most when they leave with strategies they can confidently apply at home, at school and in everyday life.

Our Approach
Five guiding principles
Everything we do is guided by five core principles.
Evidence-Informed
Our programs draw on recognised therapeutic approaches and current research to provide meaningful, practical and effective support.
Family-Centred
Children develop within relationships. By working collaboratively with children, young people and their families, we support meaningful and lasting change.
Prevention & Early Intervention
Supporting children and families early helps build strong foundations for lifelong mental health, resilience and healthy relationships.
Practical & Everyday
We believe learning should extend beyond the session. Every workshop, group program and family consultation provides practical strategies that can be confidently applied in everyday life.
Strengths-Based
Every child, young person and family already has strengths. Our role is to recognise those strengths, build upon them and create opportunities for growth.
