Our programs are designed to strengthen parent-child connection, support emotional wellbeing, and help children and young people build confidence, resilience and healthy relationships.
ParentโChild Connection Through Play
Theraplay-informed and attachment-based. This 6-week program supports connection through play, with parents attending every session. Age groups are determined by demand.
Circle of Security Parenting
An 8-week parenting program for parents only, focused on strengthening understanding, connection and confidence in the parenting relationship.
Friendship & Connection
A 6-week program helping children and young people develop healthy friendships, confidence and social connection. Children attend independently, with parents attending Week 1 orientation and Week 6 feedback.
Strong Minds
A 6-week program focused on emotions, anxiety, confidence, coping, flexible thinking and resilience. Parents attend Week 1 and Week 6.

Helping children and young people develop resilience, emotional regulation and confidence through a structured 6-week program.
Topics include emotions, anxiety, confidence, coping, flexible thinking and resilience. Available for ages 9โ11, 12โ14 and 15โ17. Parents attend Week 1 and Week 6.
