Cancellation Policy
At Minding my Mind, we understand that plans can change. This policy helps us protect appointment availability and support all children, young people and families fairly.
Overview
How cancellations work
We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as early as possible. Providing notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another family and helps us maintain the quality and continuity of care across our services.
For individual and family appointments, we request at least 48 hoursโ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hoursโ notice may incur the full session fee. Non-attendance without notice may also be charged at the full fee.
We appreciate timely communication so we can continue offering thoughtful, reliable support to every family we work with.
Minding my Mind
For workshops and group programs, your place may be limited. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Where possible, we will outline any specific workshop or program cancellation terms at the time of registration, including whether transfers, credits or refunds are available.
